LIMITED TIME: 365-Day Return Policy – Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility

 

    • This 365-day return policy applies to private, individual customers only.
    • Commercial use customers (including gyms, clinics, wellness centres, or other businesses) are excluded from this policy and remain subject to Red Light Rising’s standard returns policy.

 

Eligible Products

 

The 365-Day Return Promise applies only to the following Red Light Rising products:

      • Target Light 670
      • Target Light 2.0
      • Target Light 3.0
      • Target Light 4.0
      • Half Stack Panel
      • Full Stack Panel
      • Advantage Panels

No other products are eligible for the 365-Day Return Promise. All other items sold by Red Light Rising remain subject to the Standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

  1. Condition of Returned Products

 

    • All products must be returned with 100% of their original packaging and contents, including but not limited to:
      • Outer cardboard box
      • Inner foam padding
      • Power cables and plugs
      • Stands, mounts, or accessories
      • Instruction manuals and paperwork
    • The product itself must be in good condition. Minor signs of normal use are acceptable, but damage beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, frayed wires, cracks, misuse, or neglect) will result in rejection of the return or a partial refund at the company’s discretion.

 

  1. Return Shipping

 

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Returns must be sent via a tracked and signed-for courier service, and the tracking number must be provided to Red Light Rising.
    • Returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.
    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing fault.

 

  1. Refund Method

 

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
    • Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.

 

  1. Proof of Purchase

 

    • Only the original purchaser may initiate a return.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

 

  1. Exclusions & Limitations

 

    • Commercial customers are not eligible for the 365-day return policy.
    • Serial returners: The policy is limited to one return per household/customer. Red Light Rising reserves the right to refuse further returns if abuse of the policy is suspected.
    • Returns must be made for the entire product as purchased. Partial returns are not accepted unless the product was originally sold separately (e.g., a panel and a stand purchased individually).
    • Only returns processed through Red Light Rising’s official procedure will be honoured. Chargebacks or third-party disputes are not valid substitutes for our return process.

 

  1. Assessment & Discretion

 

    • All returned items are subject to inspection by Red Light Rising.
    • Determination of normal wear and tear vs. misuse will be made at the sole discretion of Red Light Rising.

 

Red Light Rising reserves the right to decline refunds for products that show signs of misuse, neglect, or abuse.

Standard Returns & Refunds Policy (Commercial clients)

At Red Light Rising, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Timeframes

-Blue Blockers: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to evaluate the benefits of the Blue Blockers. If you are not satisfied within this period, you are eligible for a return.
- Advantage Wrap: The Advantage Red Light Therapy Wrap comes with a 30-day satisfaction period from the date of delivery.
- Target Lights & Panels: For Target Lights and Panels, we offer an extended evaluation period of 60 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Original condition means the product is free from damage, alterations, and any signs of use, and must be accompanied by all original accessories and documentation.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item due to a manufacturing defect, or if we have sent you the wrong item, Red Light Rising will cover all costs associated with returning or replacing the product.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@redlightrising.co.uk. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please send us a message on WhatsApp at +447479361252 for immediate assistance. We will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

For all returns, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped via a tracked and signed-for courier service, and the tracking number must be provided to Red Light Rising. We also recommend that you take photos or videos of the item before returning it to ensure protection against damage in transit.


Refund Processing


Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Where it is not technically possible to refund to the original payment method, we may request alternative details in order to complete the refund.

Red Light Rising reserves the right to refuse returns where abuse of this policy is suspected.
