Shipping Policy

Effective as of November 2023, Red Light Rising is committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers, both within the UK and internationally.

UK Shipping

All orders within mainland UK are shipped using track and trace couriers, ensuring that you can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. The estimated delivery time for orders within mainland UK is 2 - 5 days.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we also use track and trace couriers for all shipments. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and are subject to customs and duty charges, which are unfortunately unavoidable. However, Red Light Rising will manage all customs procedures on your behalf, ensuring that you do not need to handle customs directly.

We strive to minimize these charges and any potential inconvenience they may cause. Please be aware that while we do our utmost to expedite the process, international deliveries can take up to 10 days, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country.

Customs & Duty Charges

Please note that most orders shipped outside the UK will incur customs and duty charges, which are necessary and will be charged accordingly. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
