Two lenses. Two purposes.
Choose the lens that matches your routine. DayPro for screen heavy days, NightPro for circadian friendly evenings. Every frame in the range uses the same LIA tested lenses, so the only difference is the frame material you prefer.
| DayPro Amber lens | NightPro Red lens | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Daytime screen use, office work, reducing digital eye strain | Evening use, 2 to 3 hours before sleep, supporting your wind down routine |
| Blue light blocking | Blocks virtually all high energy blue light below 450nm | Blocks virtually all blue and green light below 530nm |
| How it helps | Reduces harsh screen glare while keeping enough natural light for alertness and focus | Creates a low light environment that may support natural melatonin production before sleep |
| Colour perception | Slight warm tint, minimal colour distortion | Noticeable red tint, colours will appear different |
| When to wear | During screen heavy hours, typically 10am to 5pm | From sunset onwards, ideally 2 to 3 hours before bed |
| Lab tested | LIA UK verified (EN 167) | LIA UK verified (EN 167) |
Independently tested by the UK Lighting Industry Association
Our lenses are tested to European standard EN 167 by the LIA Laboratory in the UK, using a Bentham IDR300 double monochromator to measure exact spectral transmissivity across 380 to 780nm.
The results confirm that DayPro lenses block virtually all high energy blue light, while NightPro lenses block virtually all blue and green light below 530nm, the wavelengths most associated with circadian rhythm disruption.
Unlike many blue light blocking glasses that rely on self reported figures, our blocking performance is independently verified by an accredited UK laboratory.

How to use your blue light blocking glasses
Screen days, sorted
Wear the DayPro amber lenses while using screens or indoors. They block high energy blue light while letting in enough natural light to keep you alert and focused. Ideal for office work, long video calls, or any time you're in front of a screen.
Wind down for better sleep
Switch to the NightPro red lenses 2 to 3 hours before bed. They block virtually all blue and green light below 530nm, helping to create a circadian friendly evening environment that may support your body's natural melatonin production.
Make it part of your routine
Keep your DayPro lenses at your desk and your NightPro lenses by the sofa or bedside. The more consistently you wear them, the more you may notice improvements in screen comfort during the day and sleep quality at night.
Every order includes a detailed guide to help you get the most from your glasses.

Frequently asked questions
Studies suggest that exposure to blue and green light in the evening, particularly around the 480nm range where circadian light sensitivity is highest, may suppress melatonin, the hormone that helps regulate your sleep cycle.
Blue light blocking glasses are designed to filter out these wavelengths, helping to create a lower light environment in the hours before bed.
Many of our customers report noticeable improvements in how quickly they fall asleep and overall sleep quality, particularly when wearing NightPro lenses consistently for 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
DayPro lenses are amber tinted and block virtually all high energy blue light below 450nm. They are designed for daytime screen use, reducing harsh glare while keeping enough natural light for alertness and focus.
NightPro lenses are red tinted and block virtually all blue and green light below 530nm. They are designed for evening use to support a circadian friendly environment before sleep.
Both lenses are independently tested by the UK Lighting Industry Association to European standard EN 167.
Yes, you can wear DayPro lenses all day, but NightPro lenses should be reserved for evening use.
DayPro lenses are designed for extended daytime wear during screen heavy hours. However, some natural blue light exposure during the day is beneficial for mood and alertness, so we recommend taking breaks outdoors when possible.
NightPro lenses block too much visible light for normal daytime activities and are specifically designed for the 2 to 3 hours before bed.
Most clear lens computer glasses only filter around 5 to 20 percent of high energy visible (HEV) light. Our DayPro lenses block virtually all HEV light below 450nm, and our NightPro lenses block virtually all blue and green light below 530nm.
The difference is independently verified by the UK Lighting Industry Association using laboratory grade spectrometry equipment. We publish the full test report on every product page so you can see the results for yourself.
Yes. Our lenses are tested by the LIA Laboratory in the UK to European standard EN 167.
