Use it on back pain and knee pain. Easy to use and convenient as no wire attachment needed. Love it.
The shipping experience was terrible. I paid for express shipping but received a notification shipping will be delayed for 2 weeks. Your customer service experience is mediocre. WhatsApp support was barely responding. There was no notification when my item finally shipped. There was no free gift as advertised. Overall very disappointed. Still evaluating if the product is actually as advertised once I get a spectrometer to analyse the wavelength.

Love it so far. Feels quality, and the light is intense.
I purchased this light after it was recommended to me by a friend. It came quickly and well packaged. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now on the back of my neck and shoulder blades. It eases the aches I have there and the warmth from the light helps too. I'm hoping over time I'll feel lasting relief. The light is well made. So far I am very happy with it.

It's a great light but the battery charge has quite a short life.
These are great!
So easy to wrap around the lower back to treat that area.
This was a “freebie” which we didn’t really want but it is great for reading with at night times , very relaxing

Using the Red Light Desk Lamp in the evening has definitely improved my sleep.
Great lamp! It is just dim enough for my liking. I use it in the bathroom at night time to stop needing to switch the bright LED bathroom light on which will disturb my winding down time for bed
White, larger than the demo models , comes with a remote. Due to a bad back, standing for each session can be tiring & uncomfortable. A stand would have been useful- I may buy if I feel any benefit as using the ‘door hang’ on my paper thin new build doors isn’t an option as it would probably take it off its hinges! Can’t say I feel any difference yet, but it’s only been a few weeks & I’m probably not as regular with it as is needed.

Use the red light lamp every night. I can still read by its warm glow. Also great during the night if you have to get up it’s not harsh and helps with getting back to sleep.

This light is just what I needed. Something cable free that I can use to wind down on the sofa or in the bath and then use it for reading. Also as a bedside table lamp for when I wake up in the middle of the night so I don’t disturb melatonin
Must be honest, I've not yet tried it but it is on charge and I can't wait to try it this evening! I purchased it to help me wind down at night during my baths after football, as I just cannot relax and sleep after a 6 a side session! We bought this red light to replace our old one and you can certainly tell the difference!! It's a lot more powerful and we love the infrared setting as well. We also got the blue light blocking glasses and dusk lamp which will come in really handy for when we have to do those late night nappy changes ready for our new born in July! It's a sleek design and obviously a quality product.

I need to be refunded. I am not sure how I was able to purchase a two year extended warranty when the products usually come with a warranty or money back guarantee already and it didn’t include the product I was trying to order just the warranty. I’ve written several times now
I find the glow of the lamp very relaxing and it helps me to sleep.
I suffer from achilles tendinitis, which has been slow to improve. The red light has been incredibly helpful. Within 2 weeks I moved from not being able to go for walks to now walking for two hours without much trouble. Not quite a miracle cure but nearly. I am incredibly happy with my purchase.
Great little bit of kit! I love how easy it is to use. It's portable, so I can take it away with me when I travel. It's rechargeable so no need for messy cables. And a bonus for me is that you can have it on at a very low brightness to counter the effects of being on the computer screen. I've even got my husband using it too! I love it!!
