Red Light Therapy Panel 630nm 660nm 810nm 850nm Mid Size Benefits
The Science of Depth
Four Wavelengths. Surface to Deep Tissue.
How to use the Half Stack 3.0
Hang it, lean it, or stand it up
Use the included door hanging kit to hang the Half Stack from any standard door, or lean it against a wall, chair, or table. The rectangular shape means it can also balance on its side or stand upright on its base. Position it so the light is aimed at the area you want to support — face, torso, arms, or legs.
Switch on and choose your wavelengths
The Half Stack has two independent switches — one for red light (630nm + 660nm) and one for near infrared (810nm + 850nm). Switch on one or both depending on your goal. Red for skin, eyes, and surface wellness. Near infrared for joints, muscles, and deeper tissue. Both together for full spectrum coverage.
Relax for 5 to 15 minutes
Position yourself 15 to 30cm from the panel and relax. Sessions range from 5 to 15 minutes depending on your goal and the area being treated. Morning sessions may support energy and focus, while evening sessions support relaxation and wind down. When you're done, simply switch off.
Every order includes a full user guide and free consultation calls to help you get the most from your panel.

Tested and verified in house
All irradiance and EMF readings for the Half Stack were measured using a Hopoo OHSP-350F Portable Spectral Irradiance Colorimeter and a Trifield TF2 EMF meter, the same instruments widely used by independent red light therapy reviewers and considered among the most accurate handheld measurement tools available outside of a laboratory setting.
We publish these figures transparently so you can compare our devices against any other brand on a like for like basis. Where independent laboratory testing is available (see our Target Light 670 and Target Light 2.0), we publish those results alongside our in house data.
The Half Stack was tested at multiple distances with all four wavelengths active, providing a complete picture of performance across your preferred treatment range.

Backed by research
The Half Stack 3.0 delivers four of the most frequently studied wavelengths in red light therapy and photobiomodulation research. The red wavelengths (630nm and 660nm) are widely explored for their potential role in supporting skin wellness, collagen processes, and eye comfort at the surface level. The near infrared wavelengths (810nm and 850nm) penetrate deeper into tissue, where studies suggest they may support joint comfort, muscle wellness, and cellular energy production by interacting with cytochrome c oxidase. The even 25% distribution across all four wavelengths ensures balanced coverage from surface skin to deep tissue in every session.

Frequently asked questions
The Half Stack is our budget friendly entry panel, designed for people who want wider coverage than a handheld device without the advanced features and price of the Advantage range.
The Half Stack (£599) has 4 wavelengths (630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 850nm), 100 LEDs, and two simple on/off switches — one for red, one for near infrared. It covers arms, legs, or torso and comes with a door hanging kit.
The Advantage 450 (£920) and Advantage 900 (£1380) have 5 wavelengths (adding 830nm), 150 or 300 LEDs, a built in touchscreen, wireless remote control, 6 preset Advantage Modes, and modular connectivity to link multiple panels together.
If you want simple, affordable panel therapy with straightforward controls, the Half Stack is a great choice. If you want smart modes, a touchscreen that tells you where to stand, and the option to expand your setup over time, the Advantage panels are the better fit.
The Half Stack has two independent on/off switches on the back of the panel. One controls the red LEDs (630nm + 660nm) and the other controls the near infrared LEDs (810nm + 850nm).
Switch on the red only for skin, eye comfort, and surface level wellness. Switch on the near infrared only for joints, muscles, and deeper tissue support. Switch both on together for full spectrum coverage across all 4 wavelengths.
There are no brightness settings, no timers, and no modes — just straightforward on and off. This keeps the Half Stack simple to use and means there is nothing to configure or learn.
A general guideline is 15cm for maximum irradiance on a targeted area, or 30cm for gentler, broader exposure. Sessions typically last 5 to 15 minutes depending on your goal.
The rule of thumb is simple — it should feel warm on the treatment area but never hot. If it feels too warm, increase the distance between yourself and the panel.
You can use the Half Stack once or twice daily. Morning sessions may support energy and focus, while evening sessions support relaxation and wind down.
A full user guide with detailed session recommendations is included with every order.
The Half Stack has the best EMF profile of any mains powered product in our range. At 15cm treatment distance, we measured 0.0 mG magnetic field and 0.1 V/m electric field using a TriField TF2 EMF meter. That is effectively zero.
For reference, the Building Biology standard considers anything below 1 mG magnetic and below 10 V/m electric as "no concern." The Half Stack comfortably beats both thresholds by a wide margin.
It's worth bearing in mind that every electronic device you use in daily life produces some level of EMF — your phone, your TV, your kettle, your fridge, your Bluetooth headphones, your fitness tracker. EMF is a normal part of modern life and virtually impossible to avoid entirely. The additional EMF exposure from a red light therapy session is small in the context of everything else you're already exposed to, and we believe the wellness benefits of consistent use far outweigh any concern about the modest EMF levels involved.
The Half Stack comes with a door hanging kit as standard, which lets you hang it from any standard door in seconds — no drilling, no tools.
The panel can also be leaned against a wall, chair, or table, or stood upright on its base or balanced on its side thanks to its rectangular shape. This gives you plenty of flexibility without needing a stand.
The Half Stack is not compatible with our vertical or horizontal panel stands, which are designed for the larger Advantage 450 and 900 panels.
This is completely normal and your panel is working correctly.
The Half Stack contains 100 LEDs split evenly across 4 wavelengths. The 630nm and 660nm red LEDs produce a bright, visible glow. The 810nm and 850nm near infrared LEDs, however, emit light that is almost entirely invisible to the human eye. They may appear very faintly lit or completely dark.
This is not a fault — it is a sign that your panel is producing genuine near infrared light at the correct wavelengths. If the near infrared LEDs appeared bright red, it would suggest they are not emitting true near infrared light.
To confirm all LEDs are working, switch the red off and the near infrared on. In a dark room, view the panel through your phone camera. Most phone cameras can detect near infrared light and will show a faint purple or white glow from the LEDs that appear dark to the naked eye.
For the best results, bare skin is ideal.
The 630nm and 660nm red light works at the surface level and does not penetrate clothing effectively. The 810nm and 850nm near infrared wavelengths penetrate deeper and may pass through thin fabrics, but direct skin contact still gives the most benefit.
Make sure the area you are treating is uncovered and your skin is clean and free from heavy creams or oils.
The Half Stack comes with a 3 year warranty covering manufacturing faults and a 365 day money back trial — a full year to use the panel at home and decide if it is right for you.
For commercial use customers including gyms, clinics, wellness centres, and other businesses, the 365 day trial does not apply. Commercial customers receive an extended evaluation period of 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to our standard returns policy.
The 3 year warranty applies to all customers regardless of use case.
Every order also includes a full user guide with bonus guides, and our team is available for free consultation calls to help you get the most from your panel.
