Each Advantage Mode is a preset blend of red and near infrared light calibrated to the optimal intensity for a specific wellness goal. Select a mode on the touchscreen or remote and the panel does the rest — it sets the wavelength mix, intensity, timing, and even tells you how far to stand.

You can also create fully custom sessions by adjusting the red and near infrared intensity independently via the touchscreen.

The easiest approach is to use one of the 6 Advantage Modes — the touchscreen will tell you exactly how far to stand and for how long based on your selected goal.

For custom sessions, a general guideline is 15cm for maximum irradiance on a targeted area, or 30 to 45cm for gentler full body exposure. Sessions typically last 5 to 15 minutes depending on the goal and intensity.

The rule of thumb is simple — it should feel warm but never hot. If it feels too warm, increase the distance or reduce the intensity via the touchscreen or remote.

You can use the panel once or twice daily. Morning sessions may support energy and focus, while evening sessions support relaxation and sleep.

Yes. The Advantage panels are fully modular. Use the included patch cable to connect two or more panels together, and control them all from a single remote.

You can connect panels horizontally (side by side for wider coverage) or vertically (stacked for taller coverage). Up to 4 panels can be connected to build a full light wall.

When connecting more than one panel, we recommend using either a vertical stand (for standing treatments) or a horizontal stand (for over the bed treatments). These stands are available separately and are designed to hold multiple panels securely.

This modular design means you can start with one panel and expand your setup over time without replacing any equipment.

The Advantage panels are designed for full body or half body coverage with 5 wavelengths, 6 smart modes, and a fixed installation (door hanging, stand, or wall). They are ideal for comprehensive daily sessions covering skin, joints, muscles, eyes, sleep, and mood in one device.

The handheld Target Lights are designed for targeted, portable use on specific areas — a single joint, the face, or the eyes. They are smaller, lighter, and more affordable.

Many of our customers own both — a panel for their daily full body session and a handheld for targeted top ups on specific areas throughout the day.

If you are unsure which to start with, the Target Light 670 (£119) is our most affordable entry point, while the Advantage 450 (£920) is the entry point for full coverage panel therapy.

Every Advantage panel comes with a door hanging kit as standard. Simply hook the kit over any standard door and hang the panel — no drilling, no tools, and it takes less than a minute to set up.

For a more permanent or flexible setup, we offer a range of optional stands. The Advantage 900 pairs with a floor stand on wheels, ideal for positioning the panel at different heights for standing, seated, or floor based sessions like meditation. The Advantage 450 pairs with a desktop stand for placing on a dresser, coffee table, or desk.

For multi panel setups, vertical stands and horizontal stands (manual or motorised) for over the bed use are also available separately.

All stands are compatible with both panel sizes and are designed for quick, tool free assembly.

This is completely normal and your panel is working correctly.

The Advantage panels contain 5 types of LEDs across two wavelength groups. The 630nm and 660nm red LEDs produce a bright, visible glow. The 810nm, 830nm, and 850nm near infrared LEDs, however, emit light that is almost entirely invisible to the human eye. They may appear very faintly lit or completely dark.

This is not a fault — it is a sign that your panel is producing genuine near infrared light at the correct wavelengths. If the near infrared LEDs appeared bright red, it would suggest they are not emitting true near infrared light.

To confirm all LEDs are working, use the touchscreen to create a custom session with only near infrared active and red set to 0%. In a dark room, view the panel through your phone camera. Most phone cameras can detect near infrared light and will show a faint purple or white glow from the LEDs that appear dark to the naked eye.

At 15cm treatment distance, the Advantage panels measure 1.2 mG magnetic field and 0 V/m electric field using a TriField TF2 EMF meter.

The magnetic reading of 1.2 mG is just above the Building Biology "no concern" threshold of 1 mG but well under the "slight concern" level of 5 mG. The electric field at zero is as good as it gets. These are strong numbers for a mains powered panel of this size and power output.

For comparison, our battery operated devices (the Target Light 3.0 and the Advantage Wrap) produce zero detectable EMF. If EMF is a primary concern and you need a panel format device, the Half Stack has the best EMF profile of any mains powered product in our range at 0.0 mG magnetic field.

It's worth bearing in mind that every electronic device you use in daily life produces some level of EMF — your phone, your TV, your kettle, your fridge, your Bluetooth headphones, your fitness tracker. EMF is a normal part of modern life and virtually impossible to avoid entirely. The additional EMF exposure from a red light therapy session is small in the context of everything else you're already exposed to, and we believe the wellness benefits of consistent use far outweigh any concern about the modest EMF levels involved.

For private, individual customers, we offer a 365 day money back trial — a full year to use the panel at home and decide if it is right for you.

For commercial use customers including gyms, clinics, wellness centres, and other businesses, the 365 day trial does not apply. Commercial customers receive an extended evaluation period of 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to our standard returns policy.
