Frequently asked questions
The motorised horizontal stand uses an electric motor to raise and lower your panels at the touch of a button. You can adjust the height using either the built in control screen on the stand or the included wireless remote control.
The height range is 720mm (minimum) to 1540mm (maximum), giving you full flexibility to position the panels at the perfect distance from your body whether you're lying on a low bed, a standard height bed, or a raised treatment table.
Unlike the manual horizontal stand, you can adjust the height at any time during a session — even with panels fully loaded — without needing assistance.
The motorised horizontal stand holds up to 4 Advantage panels (450 or 900, or a combination of both) mounted horizontally.
This configuration is designed for lying down treatments — position the stand over a bed or treatment table so the panels face downwards over your body. With 4 panels mounted, you get near full body coverage while lying down.
Connect your panels together using the included patch cables and control them all from a single remote.
The motorised stand requires approximately 1 square metre of floor space. The base is designed to straddle a bed or treatment table, with the wheels positioned underneath the bed.
The minimum clearance height for the wheels to slide under a bed is 150mm (15cm). Measure the gap between the floor and the bottom of your bed frame before purchasing to make sure the wheels can slide underneath.
Both stands mount Advantage panels horizontally for lying down treatments. The key differences are:
The manual horizontal stand (£480) holds up to 4 panels and uses a manual locking mechanism for height adjustment. Once loaded with panels, adjusting the height requires 2 to 3 people.
The motorised horizontal stand (this product, £760) holds up to 4 panels and uses an electric motor with a control screen and wireless remote. You can adjust the height at any time, even during a session, without assistance. It also has a wider height range (720mm to 1540mm vs 1.2m to 1.5m on the manual).
If you treat multiple clients at different distances, adjust height frequently, or want the convenience of one button control, the motorised stand is the better choice.
The motorised horizontal stand is designed exclusively for the Advantage 450 and Advantage 900 panels. It is not compatible with the Half Stack or any other panel in our range.
For vertical (standing) setups, see our vertical stand. For a single panel on a desk or floor, see our desktop stand or floor stand.
