I love the wrap although I have been using it as a pad to ease the tight muscular issues I have had for years in the thoracic area of my back. Within a few days the discomfort has eased almost entirely. I am delighted

Still early days so would prefer to write on 3 months but think it had already helped my dry eyes. My main priority is an auto immune condition with my thyroid. Hopeful it will help along with nutrition to reduce the antibodies. My sister had one that helped with Adenomyosis. Using it every day reduced the severity and frequency.
Not had it out loads - or used it a lot, but like that it is a stronger version and seems more robust. Am wondering how long the bulb will last and where I can find a replacement for it once it goes...
Disappointed that it only charges up for 6 hours continual usage.
We didn't want to be rushed to just do a review without using this fantastic machine for a few months. First of all the service was excellent, there was a small misunder standing in relation the the free stand, the communication was fast with an apology. However the stand is perfect for our use and very stable. The whole family have been using the red light and we have had some great results already, it has also been used on friends who are very impressed. We love the different programs for many different conditions and so easy to use. We where also impressed with our free gifts a lamp and glasses and they have been used all the time. We choose your company as your product is one if not the best on the market. So thank you for your customer service and great product and would recommend to anyone, in fact one person has already purchased a red light lamp from you as they felt the benefit for their condition. My red light is working well at the moment but it has taken a long time to get a new cable as the first one was faulty. I bought my red light at the end of July and it worked for a few days before the fault appeared. I was treating a thyroid condition with it and had to stop the protocol and wait for the new cable which has taken almost 2 weeks. I was not given a clear dispatch notice and when I phoned the phone was not working. I then emailed to get a delivery date and no-one replied to my email. Royal mail did not inform me of delivery and I was out on the first attempt. I then asked for it to be delivered the next day, filled out their form and there was no delivery made the next day. So I only got the new cable on the 24th August. So not very happy with the communication and delivery process with Red Light Rising.

The shipping experience was terrible. I paid for express shipping but received a notification shipping will be delayed for 2 weeks. Your customer service experience is mediocre. WhatsApp support was barely responding. There was no notification when my item finally shipped. There was no free gift as advertised. Overall very disappointed. Still evaluating if the product is actually as advertised once I get a spectrometer to analyse the wavelength.

I purchased this light after it was recommended to me by a friend. It came quickly and well packaged. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now on the back of my neck and shoulder blades. It eases the aches I have there and the warmth from the light helps too. I'm hoping over time I'll feel lasting relief. The light is well made. So far I am very happy with it.
